The pandemic might have upended the plans of many in a number of sectors, but not of those in warehousing. The warehouse market is still one of the fastest growing real estate sectors. It has proven to be immune to the turmoil caused by the pandemic, which has in no way prevented it from flourishing even further. The outlook for warehousing remains optimistic.
On April 22nd, the 7th Invested Interest – Investment Market Conference is to take place, which will, of course, cover warehouse topics and the related e-commerce sector. A discussion panel dedicated to this, entitled ‘The Golden Boy’, is scheduled for 12:00. Sharing their experiences of what has been happening on this market will be a panel comprised of top experts from all across Europe: Lukáš Hejduk (a partner and head of real estate, CEE at CMS) as the moderator, along with Jarosław Czechowicz (country manager Poland, GLP), Marek Dobrzycki (managing director, Panattoni Europe), Milan Kratina (board member and CEO, Accolade), Bożena Krawczyk (director of investments in Central Europe, Segro) and Fabrice Paumelle (head of retail, BNP Paribas RE).
Anyone with an interest in the warehouse sector and who follows the events on the investment market simply cannot afford to miss this discussion, as well as the other panels at the conference, which will be conducted online. In order to take part, all you need to do is register on the conference website.
